Court Finds Complaint Adequately Alleges Negligent Misrepresentation for Failure to Disclose Material Fact

As reported in the New York Law Journal on Wednesday, January 17, 2007, Cheriff & Fink, P.C. successfully defeated a motion to dismiss brought by four defendants in an action to recover damages resulting from sewage leakage onto our clients' residential real property. Ken Fink successfully argued the motion before Justice McMahon in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Richmond County late last year.
