Welcome To Our Summer Interns

This summer, we are fortunate to have three law students interning/clerking at our office. All three come to us with impressive resumes and educational credentials. Bios of our new clerks are below:

Nick enjoys playing basketball, tennis and swimming. He is an avid reader and particular enjoys the work of Tom Wolfe, Kurt Vonnegut, and Malcolm Gladwell. He plans on practicing law in Massachusetts or New York after graduation.

Kerry Anne Hoffman

Education: Cardozo School of Law (Candidate for Juris Doctor, June 2010); College of the Holy Cross (B.A., Sociology, 2007)

Kerry is a rising 2L at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross. At Cardozo, she participates in the Courtroom Advocates Project (CAP), helping battered women obtain Orders of Protection from their abusers. She will be participating in the Cardozo Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic for the 2008-2009 academic year. Kerry is very excited to get hands-on legal experience clerking at Cheriff & Fink.

Tiffany Miller

Tiffany writes: My name is Tiffany Miller and I am currently a second year law student at Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. I am originally from Brooklyn, New York where, I am currently spending the summer with my family. This summer I am employed as a law clerk at Cheriff & Fink P.C. To date, it has been a great experience, which has allowed me to obtain practical experience in the realm of personal injury. I am a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Ambassadors. In my spare time I enjoy jogging and rollerblading.
