Our Summer Interns - 2010

Jil Simon will be starting at Cardozo Law School in August. She recently ended her tenure as Director of Operations for Playbill Inc. to pursue her legal education. Jil earned her BA from Vassar College in 2004 and lives on Manhattan's upper west side with her wonderful husband. She loves New York City and especially her proximity to Central Park. Her hobbies include cooking, photography, and the gentle-needle arts.

Allen Irgens just completed his 2L at New York Law School. Originally from Edgerton, Wisconsin, Allen attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated in May of 2006. At the UW, he majored in Biology and Zoology. After school he worked in an Ophthalmology and Visual Science Research lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Allen came to New York for law school because of the many opportunities and experiences available to him. He hopes to concentrate in tort and medical malpractice law. In Allen's spare time, he likes to read, listen to music, watch the Milwaukee Brewers, and spend time with his friends.

Allen worked last summer and throughout his 2L year at our firm.
